Sarah Benger
Sarah is a health policy leader with expertise spanning law, public health, cancer services, systems improvement, consumer involvement and social policy. She has held senior leadership roles in the UK and Australia, delivering national policy and transformational initiatives to improve outcomes for cancer patients, carers, and communities. Sarah is currently Head of Policy and Public Affairs at Rare Cancers Australia, leading national advocacy efforts to improve access, equity and outcomes for people affected by rare and less common cancers. She collaborates with patients, policymakers, clinicians, researchers and industry to drive systemic change and ensure that patients are central in decision-making and service reforms.
