My research focuses on the development and translation of precision medicine strategies to account for variability in exposure and response to anti-cancer medicines.
The team that I lead integrate world leading organ specific extracellular vesicle isolation technology with high sensitivity liquid chromatography mass spectrometry-based proteomics and computational modelling to characterise the impact of physiology, disease and the environment on pathways that determine drug exposure.
