Hugo Toovey
Major Hugo Toovey is the Founder and CEO of 25 Stay Alive, an Australian charity focused on prevention, early detection and mental health in young adults. A Major in the Australian Army, Hugo was diagnosed with testicular cancer at 21 and bowel cancer at 26. Through his lived experience, he has become a passionate advocate for earlier conversations around health and behaviour change. Hugo regularly presents to corporate, healthcare and community audiences, sharing his story to encourage earlier action, reduce stigma and improve health outcomes for young Australians.
