Sandra Nolte
Sandra is an internationally recognised expert in patient-reported outcomes research and the current President of the International Society for Quality of Life Research (ISOQOL). Her work focuses on the development, validation, and implementation of self-report measures across diverse cultural contexts and healthcare settings. With more than 20 years of experience spanning academia, the non-profit sector, and research consulting, she currently leads the Person-Centred Research Directorate at the Eastern Health Clinical School, Monash University. Throughout her career, Sandra has held numerous leadership roles in international learned societies and research organisations, including serving as a member of the ISOQOL Board of Directors, an Executive Committee member of the European Organisation for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) Quality of Life Group, and a member of the Advisory Board of the Pan Cancer Initiative, a partnership between Movember and the Australian Government.
