Background in Clinical Medicine, Epidemiology and Health Economics. Current research in the value for money of pharmacogenomic and genetic testing-guided treatments in human cancer. Previous work includes the economics of germline genetic testing in prostate cancer, the epidemiology of novel biomarkers in cardiovascular disease, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, chronic kidney disease and sleep disorders.
Experienced in Health Technology Assessment (HTA) for the Medical Services Advisory Committee (MSAC), the Pharmaceutical Benefits Advisory Committee (PBAC), Australia and the Agency for Care Effectiveness (ACE), Ministry of Health, Singapore.
