Brendan McLucas
Brendan McLucas is a third year Doctor of Medicine student at the University of Sydney with a 15 year background in military aviation, human factors and psychology. His current research focuses on Schwartz Rounds, staff compassion, reflective practice and workforce wellbeing in cancer care at Chris O’Brien Lifehouse. He is interested in supportive oncology, health services research, clinician wellbeing and practical interventions that strengthen compassionate care in high-demand clinical settings.
