Susan Hayes
Susan has harnessed the experiences of a long battle with cancer together with a 30 year career in IT and major systems implementation to promote the voices of patients and carers. This is important in all healthcare settings, as well as in laboratory research. She has spent 10 years as a grant reviewer, research buddy, educator and consumer group chair working with Cancer Council WA, the Consumer & Community Involvement Program (WA) as well as Harry Perkins Research Institute.
