Although the advancement in cancer treatments is increasing survivorship, some patients are left with complications and adverse effects, leading to disability, chronic disease and poor quality of life. This case report describes a 10-year pancreatic cancer survivor who underwent surgeries, multiple lines of systemic therapy, radiotherapy and a trial. Unfortunately, he now has type 3 diabetes mellitus, chronic pain, peripheral neuropathy affecting mobility, impaired immunity, and malnutrition and hypoalbuminaemia due to enteral malabsorption and pancreatic insufficiency. Furthermore, there are psychosocial impacts. The management plan is multidisciplinary and multi-specialty. The aim of presenting this case report is to raise awareness that the prevalence of these patients will continue to rise, and the resources required to care for them.
